Amidst sea of wonderful talented people I have seen that many of us lacking  integrity when it comes to parenting .In this modern era where we want everything modified and edited because natural is no more attractive and acceptable,We are dragging our kids into the world where they are not comfortable at all .Comparison is killing all the happiness and joy of our kids.Please accept them as they are and they will flourish on their own when their right time comes.
